Deaf-initely Women is run and governed by deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing women. Deaf-initely Women serves all deaf and hard-of-hearing women in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and beyond.

We give each other emotional strength to help us to cope with our working and family lives and provide opportunities for deaf and hard-of-hearing women to gain confidence and experience new things. Our group includes all deaf and hard-of-hearing women from the age of 16+ and with varying degrees of deafness and communication needs.
