Who Should Attend:

  • Difficult Conversations -many of our members (as do most organisations) face situations where colleagues may have differences of opinion or a clash of personalities. The NHS also faces the challenge of patients concerned for their well-being or the well-being of a family member or friend. These situations can be challenging to handle without training. The course ‘Difficult Conversations’ aims to fill the gap in this market by providing the tools, skills and models that can make these interactions easier to manage.
