Description:
Professional Leadership Training provides leadership development, group training, behavioural intelligence, DISC consultancy, leadership coaching and organisational-development programmes for corporate professionals, management teams, churches, charities and values-led organisations.
Our programmes help leaders strengthen character, improve decision-making, understand behavioural differences, communicate more effectively and build healthier, higher-performing teams. Organisations can select an individual programme or combine workshops, assessments, coaching and follow-up support within a bespoke leadership-development pathway.
How can organisations develop their leaders without relying on generic training? PLT begins by considering the organisation’s people, leadership challenges and desired outcomes. Training can then be tailored around practical areas such as responsible influence, communication, collaboration, behavioural styles, cognitive bias, workplace dynamics and organisational decision-making.
Our leadership portfolio includes Applied Principles of Leadership; Purpose-Led Leadership; Behavioural Intelligence for Leadership and Team Performance; Neuroscience-Informed Leadership; and Organisational Influence and Decision-Making. DISC behavioural assessment and team-development services are also available where appropriate.
PLT works with individuals, groups and organisations seeking practical leadership development that connects learning with real workplace and organisational challenges. Delivery may include in-person workshops, online training, facilitated team development, leadership coaching and structured follow-up sessions.
