Spectrum First Ltd is a Department for Education (DfE)-accredited support and training provider, specialising in autism and ADHD. Our CPD-accredited courses provide key skills for those who support or work with neurodivergent adults in both educational and workplace settings.

Understanding and accepting neurodiversity is vitally important for both support workers in educational settings and employers who wish to better support and retain their staff. When neurodivergent individuals are validated, accepted and understood, learning and working environments become healthier and everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Neuro-inclusive spaces benefit everyone and have a positive effect on the organisation as a whole.

The team at Spectrum First have been working with neurodivergent people for over 20 years. As a company more than 60% of our staff are neurodivergent, which is why the training that we deliver is so meaningful. It is always co-delivered with neurodivergent trainers, adding lived experience perspectives and additional depth to the learning outcomes of the courses we deliver.
