Description:
Spectrum First Ltd is a not for profit Autism/Asperger specialist support and training provider which was established in 2003.
They specialise in providing DSA-QAG approved training for Non-Medical Helpers; specifically Asperger Specialist Mentors and Study Skills tutors who support university students who have Autism Spectrum Conditions.
They are currently the only provider in this area who has achieved accreditation with the National Autistic Society.
They provide full day training courses, in line with BIS’s view that anything less would not provide sufficient training to be considered sufficient.
They also provide tailor made training to other organisations.
