Target Training Associates delivers accredited Train the Trainer courses, leadership and management development, and coaching programmes across the UK and internationally. Our flagship Professional Training Techniques (PTT) course is a practical, ILM-recognised Train the Trainer programme that turns subject experts, workplace trainers, managers and L&D professionals into confident, engaging trainers.
What makes a good Train the Trainer course? Practice, not theory. Delegates work in small groups of no more than six, deliver real training sessions, and receive structured feedback built around our Five Pillars of Instruction: structure, question technique, personal qualities, aids and content. Every delegate leaves able to design and deliver training that changes what people actually do in the workplace, and receives a complimentary 12-month pass to our Train the Trainer Academy for ongoing CPD.
