Description:
Zest Flow offers CPD-accredited leadership training for new managers in Ireland. The Zest Flow Intentional Leadership Programme is an eight-week, 28 CPD hour programme that turns accidental managers into confident, sustainable leaders, with only 3 days out of the office.
Who is it for? Companies whose best specialists have been promoted into management without leadership training. Each cohort combines three in-person Leadership Labs, three small-group pod coaching calls, a final one-to-one certification call and guided practice in the workplace.
Why does leadership training for new managers matter? Newly promoted managers often learn by trial and error, which can affect team wellbeing, psychological safety and retention. The programme builds five emotional intelligence pillars (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills and motivation), each paired with a practical NLP tool, so managers can handle real situations with their teams. Teams complete an anonymous psychological safety baseline assessment before and after the programme, and HR receives an impact summary.
Zest Flow is led by Zoe Mc Clurg, Associate CIPD member, licensed NLP practitioner and certified in Emotional Intelligence for Leadership, with a background in HR and operations leadership across Dublin, Hong Kong and London, and as an executive corporate trainer in France and Belgium.

Who Should Attend:
Ideal for newly promoted and first-time managers, mid-level managers, team leaders and supervisors who have moved from specialist roles into people management without leadership training, and for HR, L&D and business leaders in Irish companies who want to support them. Managers gain practical emotional intelligence and NLP tools for real workplace situations, such as leading former peers, handling difficult conversations and building psychological safety, while teams benefit from healthier, more sustainable leadership.
