CoachingDoctors are two physician-coaches committed to inspiring doctors to identify their values, articulate the vision for their professional lives and find a voice as leaders.

We partner with healthcare organizations to present our workshops as individual offerings or combined as a 1/2 day "leadership retreat".

We are currently offering 2 short (2-3 hrs) experiential workshops designed to enhance communication & coaching skills and to develop leadership styles. Our workshops provide key skills for doctors who are moving into leadership, teaching & mentoring, and who want to deepen their interprofessional relationships.

Our core teachings include the alignment of strengths & values with goals & vision; we invite deeper questioning and we support you to make the important changes you want for your professional development. Our teaching is practical, dynamic and interactive, in a safe environment that promotes experimentation and feedback.

Participants leave our trainings with innovative new skills and ideas that can be implemented immediately.
